Terms of Use
Effective November 2, 2026
Dinnerline is operated by Bearfox Creative LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using Dinnerline at dinnerline.app, including joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Dinnerline does
Dinnerline turns the dishes you plan to cook into a timed plan for your kitchen: what to start when, what can wait, and what to do the day before. It schedules time. It does not judge whether food is cooked or safe to eat.
Food safety
- Plans schedule time, not doneness. Ovens, altitudes, ingredients and cooks differ, so a step can take longer or shorter than planned.
- Use a thermometer. Where a step calls for one, check the food's internal temperature yourself. Oven temperatures come from your recipe. Thermometer notes give the USDA's minimum internal temperature for that kind of food. Follow current food-safety guidance.
- You're responsible for handling, storage, allergens and the ingredients you choose. Dinnerline never tells you food is safe.
Your account
You need an account to save plans and buy a pass. Keep your sign-in private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 18 to buy anything. Younger cooks can use Dinnerline with a parent or guardian's account.
Plans and prices
| Plan | Price (USD, before tax) | What you get | Renewal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | One dish, or any ready-made plan, with the full countdown, plus one recipe import | None |
| Holiday Pass | $9 one-time | Unlimited dishes, imports and plans through January 1, 2027 | None. It ends on its own |
| Annual | $29 per year | Everything, all year | Your choice at purchase: renew automatically, or ask me first. Change it anytime |
- Who you pay. Purchases are sold through Link, operated by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record. Link's terms cover the payment, Link sends your receipt, and your card statement shows
LINK.COM*followed by DINNERLINE. - Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
- Automatic renewal. If you choose automatic renewal, your Annual plan renews each year at the then-current price, charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. Before each renewal you get a reminder email with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel. If the price changes, we tell you before the new price applies. If you choose "ask me first," your plan won't renew unless you confirm.
- Cancelling. You can cancel anytime online, in Dinnerline's Settings or through Link at link.com, with no need to contact us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
- No sales emails. We don't send renewal sales emails. The only renewal emails are the reminders described above.
- Promotional passes. We sometimes give free passes. A pass described as free "for as long as Dinnerline exists" lasts until we stop offering Dinnerline.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Recipes you import
- Import only recipes you're allowed to use for your own cooking.
- Dinnerline uses AI to turn a recipe into timed steps. It can get things wrong, so check the steps on the review screen before you cook.
- We keep the steps we generate, the ingredient list and the page address, never the recipe's method text, and we don't republish it.
Fair use
Don't misuse Dinnerline. That means no copying or reselling the service, scraping it, reverse-engineering it, overloading it, getting around limits or payment, or using it to break the law.
What's ours and what's yours
The Dinnerline app, its scheduling engine, its ready-made plans and its design belong to us. Your dishes, kitchen setup and plans are yours. You let us store and process them to run Dinnerline for you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Dinnerline running, especially around holidays, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features. If a change reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you first and offer a refund for the unused part. We'll post changes to these terms on this page and tell you about significant ones in the app or by email.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law allows, Dinnerline is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a meal that doesn't turn out. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Dinnerline and delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
New Mexico law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring them where you live.
